Sales Manager France & North Africa for the Milling/Baking Industry
The Muehlenchemie is one of the world-leading companies in area of flour treatment and improvement. Our main competences are solutions for the standardisation and enhancement of flour. We are a part of the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe which is a dynamic, independent corporate group with strong worldwide international activities.
In the Mühlenchemie sales team we foster great teamwork between the product development, customer service and production – we basically create a network inside and outside the company. Our strength is flexibility, which allows us to adapt to multiple cultures and specific requirements from our customers. The focus of this role is on France & Northern Africa (Algeria, Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia).
Ihre Aufgaben
- Develop and execute the area strategy in coordination with the management
- Monitor and analyse market, customers, competitors. With help from management, build a proper strategy to develop your area.
- Help management to steer budget & forecasts.
- Manage and support our distributors and agents.
- Develop the existing business and prospect to get new customers.
Ihr Profil
- Around 5 years experience in a sales position.
- Knowledge about the Milling & Baking Industry as well as the area (France & Northern Africa).
- Fluent English and French language skills are required
- German and/or Arabic language skills are nice to have
- Target-driven mindset that involves the understanding of people and numbers
