Production for Food and Nutritional Supplements

Mixing, filling and refining technology at three locations, in Germany, Malaysia and the US. The first and largest of the three is in Germany. Here over 1,500 raw materials are weighed out to the gram and stirred, swirled or compounded with the highest formulation accuracy, under extremely clean conditions and in part automatically. With special nozzles it is even possible to spray fluids into powder compounds. The facility makes batches from 25 kg to 3 tonnes – including Kosher or Halal if desired.

Our production for chocolate foods

Small chocolate pieces and functional bars are produced in multistage processes at our plant in Norderstedt near Hamburg. Starting with fairtrade cocao mass, HERZA makes chocolate to its own recipes, as it has for decades. After conching, the liquid chocolate mass is formed into small pieces using the latest technology.

The facility currently also has two highly complex production lines for bar manufacture, including all preliminary stages. As a food manufacturer, we have all the important certifications confirming our high standards.
