In the foyer of our headquarters in Hamburg we run a well-regarded little art gallery. Art and business are not a contradiction for us. Quite the contrary – we believe in the power of creativity, and promote it at many levels.

The Stern-Wywiol Gallery was founded by Volkmar Wywiol in 2012 with the focus on contemporary sculpture. Its exhibits range from abstract wood to bronze figures to stone, from new junk art to concept art to minimalistic to political topic art.

The FlourWorld
Museum

Homage to the millers of the world – the FlourWorld Museum in Wittenburg / Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the only one of its kind in the world. Its over 3,700 flour sacks from 145 countries tell of the myths and legends surrounding one of mankind’s most important staple foods.

In our experience, the best help is local. In many countries where we are represented, we offer needy people tangible ways to improve their living conditions. One example is our “More Milk for Africa” project, in which we provide low-cost microcredits for financing a milk cow, as a basis for the owner’s own nutrition and for sale of the milk.
