Sales Account Manager

Hydrosol is a major competence center for stabilizing and emulsifying systems used in the food industry. We are part ot the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, a dynamic, independent group of companies with 12 plants in Germany and 19 foreign branches worldwide.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategic business development and expansion of sales activities in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia  
  • Implementation and expansion of existing customer business within Hydrosol's Dairy and Deli branches
  • Maintainance and consolidation of personal customer relationships 
  • Elaboration of further distrubution channels within the Dairy and Deli product ranges
  • Advisory and technical implementation at customers' premises
  • Processing offers and contracts as well as conducting market and competition analyses
  • Participation in trade shows and marketing and promotion events

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in food technology preferred
  • Sales or technical sales experience in the food industry (min. 5 years)
  • Knowledge and a deep understanding of the Eastern European food market 
  • Excellent communication skills combined with fluency in Polish and English, further languages, especially German considered a plus
  • Self-motivated analytical thinker with organizational skills 
  • Advanced presentation skills regarding creation, structure, content and visualization (MS-Office)
