OlbrichtArom has been developing and producing flavors and natural fruit pastes for the food industry for over 150 years. In our Technology Center at the Ahrensburg site, we combine expertise and modern technology to offer innovative and market-driven solutions for our customers. We are part of the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, a dynamic independent group of companies with strong international activities worldwide.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Development and optimization of tailor-made flavors and application formulations for various food applications
  • Development and evaluation of new ideas and possibilities in the field of flavors for the optimization of customer products
  • Preparation and evaluation of analytical data for targeted flavor development
  • Close cooperation within the development team and with the customer, direct consideration of customer-specific requirements during development
  • Organization, execution and support of projects also at customer sites in Germany and abroad

Ihr Profil

  • Degree or training in food chemistry/technology, or a related discipline
  • Extensive professional experience as a flavorist
  • Very good, well-developed sensory skills
  • Willingness to experiment and a high degree of creativity
  • Knowledge of food chemical processing techniques is an advantage
  • Knowledge of food ingredients and food legislation (EU, USA advantageous)
  • Very good English language skills 
  • Good MS Office skills
  • High degree of reliability, initiative, teamwork and communication skills
